A. The NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5M. B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000. C. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. D. IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted. |
