SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICEThe Air Force Test Center ’ s Installation Contracting Division ( AFTC / PZI ) at Arnold Air Force Base ( AFB ) located in Tennessee is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government ’ s requirement to conduct a survey of existing 161 kV cables at Arnold AFB , TN . INTRODUCTION : The Government requires two Close Interval and Direct Voltage Current Gradient surveys to be conducted at Arnold AFB , TN . Scope includes approximately 19 , 938 linear feet of underground 161kV oil filled pipeline ( system 1 ) and 3 , 500 linear feet of underground fuel pipeline ( system 2 ). See Attachment 1 – Technical Requirements for additional details . NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM ( NAICS ) CODE : The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code ( NAICS ) for this requirement is 541330 Engineering Services . The anticipated Product / Service Code ( PSC ) is J059 Maintenance , Repair , and Rebuilding of Equipment - Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components .
