Description | The Kansas Department of Children and Families ( DCF ) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide support to the Protection and Prevention Services ( PPS ) team at the Department for Children and Families ( DCF ) in two main areas : 1 ) coordination and facilitation of the Citizen Review Panels ( CRPs ), the Children ’ s Justice Act Task Force required by Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( CAPTA ) and Children ’ s Justice Act ( CJA ), for the Kansas Department for Children and Families ( DCF ), Topeka , Kansas . 2 .) Coordination and execution of the Kansas Practice Model Showcase in addition to the Supervisors Conference and workshops . For the purpose of improving the skills and qualifications of individuals providing services to children and families , including improvements in the recruitment and retention of case workers , per the attached specifications , for the Department for Children and Families , Topeka , KS . |
