Description | <p style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt; text-align: justify; background: white; font-size: 12pt;">The Town of Queen Creek regularly surveys residents about their opinions on topics such as quality of life, service delivery, civic participation and unique issues of local interest. These periodic surveys offer elected officials and Town management with an opportunity to evaluate services and programs, identify challenges and plan for improvements. The last citizen survey was conducted in Fall, 2021. The reports for the past eight (8) citizen surveys are available on the Town’s website at <a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline;" href="http://www.queencreekaz.gov/citizensurvey">www.queencreekaz.gov/citizensurvey</a>.<p style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt; text-align: justify; background: white; font-size: 12pt;">The Consultant will create and administer a citizens’ survey to the residents of the Town of Queen Creek. The consultant will recommend and justify sampling size and surveying method(s) to ensure at least a 95% confidence interval. The consultant must explain the benefits and limitations of various survey research methods. The survey shall be designed to coordinate with the International City/County Management Association Center for Performance Measurement data collection with topics including, but not be limited to the quality of life, Town government performance, Town goals, policy issues, public opinion of potential issues, and citizen communication. The survey will be required to be conducted in English and Spanish. The survey instrument used in the previous Citizen Survey must be updated to reflect new services provided by the Town, including police services.<p style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt; text-align: justify; background: white; font-size: 12pt;">The survey must also capture new and expanding services like the implementation of the Queen Creek Police Department and ambulance services. |
