Description | The scope of work under BASE BID will consist of reconstructing the City Hall Plaza Deck which includes stamped and colored concrete walkways , a new stage with bandshell and speakers , ADA ramps , concrete steps , site lighting , site utilities , site drainage system , custom concrete benches , landscape retaining walls , flagpoles , and proposed landscaping improvements throughout the plaza . The scope of work under ALTERNATE BID 1 will consist of a new LED message board screen to be installed at the rear of the new stage and bandshell . The scope of work under ALTERNATE BID 2 will consist of reconstructing the southeast sidewalk portion of the City Hall Plaza along Passaic Street with stamped and colored concrete to match the plaza . |
