The selected firm will provide full - service executive recruitment support for the City Manger position for the City of Bisbee . The awarded firm will work with the City Clerk ’ s office and Mayor and Council to secure the most qualified candidate . For the City Manager position : 1 . Collaboration and Consultation • Work closely with the City Clerk ’ s office and Mayor and Council to confirm the desired qualifications , leadership style , experience , and competencies for the next City Manager . • Provide expert advice on best practices in executive recruitment , assessment tools , and stakeholder engagement . 2 .
