Clark Construction Company is soliciting Proposals for Integrated Project Delivery ( IPD ) Trade Partners for Pre - Construction and Construction services for the following Trades : Masonry , Structural Steel , Mass Timber , Metal Panels , Glazing , Fire Suppression , Plumbing , HVAC & Controls , Electrical , Low - Voltage , and FFE . The Terms Integrated Project Delivery Trade Partner ( IPDTP ) and Trade Contractor ( TC ) shall be used interchangeably . The selected IPD Trades will help the team select building systems utilizing their expertise , cost modeling , constructability , and schedule awareness of equipment and labor . We will provide a Project Validation at the time of your project onboarding that will outline the project goals , needs and path . This Validation could include several options for some systems to be vetted throughout the Schematic Design ( SD ) phase , resulting in a complete SD design and aligned project budget .
