Description | Charlotte Public Schools ( CPS ) is looking to refresh 140 - 160 of our district classroom carts . All products must be delivered between July 1st , 2026 and July 10th 2026 during operational working hours of 8AM and 3PM est . Requirements for prewired carts - number of units is 100 - 140 carts ; 1 . Must be able to house a minimum of 32 devices ; 2 . Must support Chromebooks , iPads and Windows Laptops ( 15 . 6 inch screen ); 3 . Must have a USB - C cable for charging ; 4 . Must have at minimum 45 watts of power per charging slot but no more than 65 watts of power charging ; 5 . Cart must be lockable ; 6 . Must be energy efficient ; 7 . Must have 4 caster wheels with 2 of those wheels being lockable ; Requirements for non - prewired carts - number of units is 0 - 40 carts ; 1 . Must be able to house a minimum of 32 devices ; 2 . Must support Chromebooks , iPads and Windows Laptops ( 15 . 6 inch screen ); 3 . Cart must be lockable ; 4 . Must be energy efficient ; 5 . Must have 4 caster wheels with 2 of those wheels being lockable |
