Court Room A .) Empty all waste paper receptacles and recycling containers , spot clean if soiled and replace liner when torn or soiled . Remove trash to designated area . B .) Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces including light switches , walls and doors , removing fingerprints , smudges and stains . C .) Fully vacuum all carpets from wall to wall , including under furniture along edges and in corners , using approved vacuum system . Ensure mobile furniture and chairs are returned to their original position . D .) Dust high and low areas ( i . e . Pictures , clocks , partition top , etc .) E .) Vacuum all fabric office furniture including chairs using an approved vacuum system . F .) Dust / damp wipe the inside and outside of all fire extinguisher cabinets . G .) Dust ledges , windowsills and door and window frames . H .) Dust / damp wipe air vents and heaters to remove soil and cobwebs . I .) Dust / damp wipe all light fixture exteriors to remove stains , dust and cobwebs . J .) Dust window dressing including horizontal and vertical blinds . Interior Entrances , Lobbies & Corridors A .) Mop entire hard floor surface using a germicidal cleaning solution . D .) Fully vacuum all carpeted areas from wall to wall including walk - off mats and edges . E .) Dust door frames . F .) Spot clean carpet using approved carpet spotting equipment and supplies . G .) Spot clean the inside and outside of door glass and other adjacent glass areas ( as needed ). H .) Spot clean both sides of doors and internal window glass . K .) Clean cobwebs from all soffits , oven hoods , corners , ceiling fans and lighting fixtures . L .) Dust / damp wipe all light fixture exteriors to remove stains , dust and cobwebs . O .) Restock all paper products daily . P .) Empty all paper from the shredding machine ( s ) and remove all collected rubbish to its designated area . Restrooms / Bathrooms A .) Empty all waste paper receptacles , spot clean if soiled and replace liners when soiled or torn . Remove trash to designated area . B .) Clean and sanitize fixtures and counters . Polish chrome . Mirrors will be cleaned and free of any streaks or smudges . C .) Completely clean all toilets , toilet seats and urinals with disinfectant cleaner . D .) Clean hand basins , fittings ( including pipes underneath ) and back splash . Clean and disinfect all tap fittings . E .) Scrub urinal drains and toilet bowls using a drain brush and approved chemical treatment . Damp wipe all toilet seats , tanks and outside of toilet bowls using an approved germicidal cleaning solution . F .) Clean and polish all bright metal work . G .) Entrance doors to restrooms are to be washed clean of all finger marks and smudges . H .) Sweep and mop tiled floors daily using an approved germicidal cleaning solution . I .) Spot scrub when necessary . J .) Clean both sides of all toilet doors and door frames . K .) Completely damp wipe all toilet partitions on both sides , including high / low areas , with a disinfectant cleaning solution . L .) Dust / damp wipe all light fixture exteriors to remove all stains , dust , and cobwebs . M .) Dust / damp wipe all air vents to remove soil and cobwebs . N .) Dust / damp wipe all light fixture exteriors to remove all stains , dust , and cobwebs E .) Dust / damp wipe all air vents and heaters to remove soil and cobwebs F .)
