Description | Specifications include , but are not limited to : Daily Duties • The Contractor shall gather all waste material in containers and empty containers in designated areas . • The Contractor shall re - line trash receptacles with new plastic clear wastepaper liners each day . • The Contractor shall vacuum all carpeted floors . Special attention should be given to the removal of dust and dirt from under desks , chairs , baseboards , corners and other hard - toreach areas . • The Contractor shall damp wipe all water coolers . • The Contractor shall dust all windowsills and fixtures . • The Contract shall clean the Conference Room Table as well as the first & second floors waiting area glass tables with an approved cleaner . Weekly Duties The Contractor shall wash all interior windows with window cleaning liquid . Dust and wipe down cabinets in offices . |
