A . The Consultant shall prepare a draft of the Climate Action Plan in collaboration with the Project Team . B . After team and stakeholder review , a prioritized list of recommended actions and strategies will be identified in the final plan . Each recommended item should also include : a ) Intermediate milestones b ) Estimated resources needed to complete or implement the initiative c ) An approximate implementation timeline d ) Where feasible , expected GHG reduction impact C . The draft Climate Action Plan will be posted to the City ’ s website for review by local officials , advisory agencies , and citizens along with a form to submit comments about the plan . Comments will also be solicited at public meetings and through equivalent virtual participation methods . D . The Project Team and Consultants will review and take into consideration comments from local officials , advisory agencies , and citizens in relation to the plan and may revise the plan based on that input . The consultant will prepare a comment summary matrix documenting all feedback . E . Project Team and Consultants will publish the final plan on the City ’ s website in accessible formats , including a downloadable PDF and web - friendly summary materials . 3 . 7 Develop a Climate Action Plan Dashboard . A . The Project Team and Consultants will prepare a Climate Action Plan Dashboard for the City ’ s website to track how Glendale is progressing on climate goals . a ) Objectives : i . Measure the City ’ s success in reducing GHG emissions with clear data sources and update intervals ii . Be accountable to stakeholders , elected officials , decision makers , and the public iii . Develop new metrics that can be consistently and easily reported each year 4 . DELIVERABLES A . Revised project scope / plan including a milestone - based timeline ( See 3 . 1 . A ) B .
