Description | The DUTCHESS COUNTY OFFICE OF PROBATION AND COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS isseeking to award a contract to a qualified firm ( hereinafter may be referred to as “ Contractor ”) toprovide a licensed , masters - level clinician such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ), LicensedMaster Social Worker ( LMSW ), Licensed Mental Health Counselor ( LMHC ) or a Licensed Marriageand Family Counselors ( LMFC ) to work with a Probation Officer who will have a caseload of higherrisk youth . The clinician must be certified in Functional Family . The clinician will be providing servicesto at - risk youth and their families in support of the Juvenile Risk Intervention Services Coordination ( JRISC ) program . The selected provider will deliver Functional Family Therapy ( FFT ) to higher - riskyouth under probation supervision , working collaboratively with probation officers and communitypartners to reduce recidivism , improve family functioning , and achieve measurable outcomes alignedwith state and county standards .
