The purpose of this posting is to provide notice that the State Purchasing Division (SPD) of the Georgia Department of Administrative Services intends to enter into (Participating Addendums) with NASPO ValuePoint approved suppliers (Solicitation #BP24-1 NASPO Cloud and Software Solutions). DOAS has conducted a review of this purchasing category and a preliminary assessment of supplier product offerings available through the cooperative contract. For the initial award DOAS intends to award contracts to the following suppliers, subject to the successful negotiation of contract terms: Carahsoft Technology Corporation CDW Government LLC Dell Marketing, LP International Business Machines (IBM) Presidio Networked Solutions LLC SHI International Corp Strategic Communications World Wide Technology (WWT) DOAS intends to review the remaining suppliers awarded under the NASPO ValuePoint Cloud and Software Solutions cooperative contract to determine if additional contract awards may be needed based on state entities¿ needs. DOAS may elect to award additional NASPO suppliers, and, if so, then DOAS will publish an update to this public notice. Such updates may occur on a rolling basis. At its sole discretion, and as needed to support state entity needs, DOAS may elect to make supplemental awards throughout the life of the cooperative agreement by posting an updated award announcement to this Notice. State reserves the right to resume contract discussions at its sole discretion and to amend this award in the event that the parties are able to reach mutually agreeable terms.
