Description : Cloud Services for Bus Video Access and Storage SCOPE OF WORK 2 . 1 Purpose Desoto County Schools is seeking sealed proposals from authorized and qualified Vendors to establish a six ( 6 ) month purchase agreement between DESOTO COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT and one selected Vendor to purchase COMM MODULE , HD6 , WIFI 4G TMOBILE OR AT & T AND ANTENNAS , 2X - 5G / LTE , WIFI , GPS RCVR , 20 ’, and 450 Armor Cloud Cell annual licenses for Cloud Services for Bus Video Access and Storage per detailed specifications and meeting the DESOTO COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT standards . This will be a program as a partnership with the selected Vendor who satisfies the RFP ’ s minimum requirements . Vendors should bid as specified . Vendor shall warrant that the devices shall be delivered new and not as a “ used , substituted , rebuilt , refurbished or reinstalled ” product . Brand names and manufacturer numbers are given for reference and description and are not intended to be restrictive . 2 . 2 Scope of Work DeSoto County Schools is looking to purchase COMM MODULE , HD6 , WIFI 4G TMOBILE OR AT & T AND ANTENNAS , 2X - 5G / LTE , WIFI , GPS RCVR , 20 ’ and Armor Cloud Cell annual licenses for 450 school buses for Cloud Services for Bus Video Access and Storage . A minimum of 450 systems will need to be purchased inclusive of all hardware and licenses needed for installation and training . The selected vendor will be responsible for the following : a ) Supply , Delivery , Installation , and Training : • COMM MODULE , HD6 , WIFI 4G TMOBILE OR AT & T AND ANTENNAS , 2X5G / LTE , WIFI , GPS RCVR , 20 ’, and Armor Cloud Cell annual licenses . • DESOTO COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT requires delivery of equipment on the same day installation is scheduled . The equipment cannot be left at the DESOTO COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT Bus Facility during the 45 - day installation period . • The buses are located at 2211 Central Parkway Southaven , MS 38671 and throughout DeSoto County School District . • Provide installation within 45 days of receipt of DESOTO COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT purchase order . • Installation is to include all required hardware , wiring , calibration , etc . Buses vary in models . We currently have 2 to 3 REI cameras with a REI DVR in each bus . We are looking to outfit the current buses to a Cloud solution . • Installation will also include adding the Comm Module and Antennas to each DVR on the bus , and any necessary new wiring to convert the current DVR to a Cloud source . • Perform quality control testing after installation to ensure the systems conform to specifications . • Training on the maintenance & logistics of the camera systems ( Specifically for DESOTO COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT Bus Maintenance Department ) • Upon final installation , provide a log of new COMM MODULE and ANTENNAS and the serial numbers for each unit and the bus number for which the unit was installed .
