Notice is hereby given that CLOVIS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT , ( hereinafter referred to as " Owner ") will receive sealed bids prior to the date and time stated for the Bid Opening for construction of : BID 3072 – Clovis East PA System Replacement PART 1 – GENERAL 1 . 01 RELATED DOCUMENTS A . Contract General Conditions . B . Specification Divisions 16 and 17 . 1 . 02 SUMMARY A . This Section specifies administrative and procedural requirements for project close out , including but not limited to : 1 . Final inspection procedures . 2 . Operating and maintenance manual submittal . 3 . Spare parts / materials . 4 . Submittal of warranties . 5 . Training . 6 . As - built drawings . 7 . As - built schedule . 8 . State Fire Marshal inspection . 9 . Other regulatory inspection . 10 . Removal of temporary facilities . 11 . Final cleaning . 12 . Commissioning / equipment startup . 1 . 03 PUNCH - LIST INSPECTION A . When each building / phase is in the opinion of the Contractor , complete in all respects , the Contractor shall call for a punch - list inspection . B . Inspection Procedures : On receipt of a request for inspection , the Engineer will schedule the Inspection . The Engineer will then perform a preliminary , sufficiency walk - through . If , in the judgment of the Engineer , the project is not complete in all respects , the Engineer will so advise the Contractor and discontinue the inspection . 1 . The Engineer will repeat inspection when requested and assured that the work has been completed . 2 . Results of the completed inspection will form the basis of requirements for final acceptance punch - list . 1 . 04 RECORD DOCUMENT SUBMITTALS A . General : Do not use record documents for construction purposes ; protect from deterioration and loss in a secure , fire - resistive location ; provide access to record documents for The Districts ’ and the Engineer ’ s reference during normal working hours .
