The City of Charlotte Aviation Department is interested in partnering with a qualified company for the purpose of hosting and maintaining CLTairport . com for desktop and mobile experiences , CLT ’ s iOS application , CLT ’ s Android application , existing content , existing user features , and a web and app ( s ) content management platform . Services scope of work . 1 . The Company will be capable of providing a 3rd party content management platform that allows CLT to continue role - based management of the website and app ( s ) generic content and content features that include , without limitation , security wait times , parking availability , travel and emergency alert banners , shop , dine , and relax information , and the newsroom . This work is managed by CLT employees who currently utilize Contentful . 2 . The Company will be capable of maintaining , updating , and expanding CLT ’ s web and app ( s ) 3rd party platform integrations that include , without limitation , flight information feeds currently provided by OAG via CLT ’ s on - prem Boomi middleware integration ; security wait times currently provided by Beonic ; online parking booking flows , payment flows , and loyalty currently provided by AeroParker ; additional parking payment integrations with CyberSource ; account creation and data store , which is currently using an identity and access management service ; account synchronization between CLT ’ s loyalty program and AeroParker ; bus wait times currently aggregated from GeoTab data ; chatbot solutions currently provided by Airport . AI ; app weather feeds currently provided by Weatherbit . IO ; and interactive airport maps , shop , dine , and relax points of interest currently provided by Atrius . 3 . The Company will maintain CLT ’ s web and app ( s ) accessibility and payment card compliance , that include , without limitation , Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ( WCAG ) 2 . 1 Level AA Criteria , and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards ( PCI DSS ). Additionally , the company will adhere to CLT ’ s brand standards , as may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of CLT , and ensure the web and app ( s ) maintain a cross - platform consistent design that is passenger - focused , feature - forward , low friction , engaging , highly reliable and high performing across web browsers , operating systems , desktop experiences , mobile experiences , and other relevant devices . 4 . User ratings , user engagement , parking transactions , platform reliability , and general performance metrics for the web and app ( s ) must be summarized and delivered in a monthly report , at minimum .
