CM / GC Services for Severance Community Park – Phase 5

The Town of Severance is planning for further development of Severance Community Park , a new park located approximately one mile south of downtown . This new phase of the park ’ s development is envisioned as a space to host community events and support the vibrant culture of Severance . The concept and 30 % design for the park have been reviewed and approved by the Town , and the design is being progressed toward final design . A significant portion of the existing park , including existing sporting fields and an existing playground , shall remain open to the public during the spring and summer sports seasons , unless otherwise approved in writing by the Town . At no time shall access to the existing fields or paved parking lots be hindered or obstructed .
