CM / GC Spanish Fork Public Works Facility

Spanish Fork City plans to design and construct a new Public Works Facility to meet the current needs of the community , the Public Works Department and accommodate future growth . The City seeks to hire a qualified Construction Manager / General Contractor ( CM / GC ) to provide design assist services and construct the Public Works Facility . The Contractor shall cooperate with the Architect to construct the project within the approved construction budget . It is the intent of Spanish Fork City to utilize existing City land to create a fully functional , efficient Public Works Facility . It is anticipated that The Construction Manager / General Contractor will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price ( GMP ) at the 100 % construction drawing level . The CM / GC shall assist the City and the Project Team to develop the target Construction Budget for the Project , but the City is expecting this Construction Budget to be $ 25 , 000 , 000 at a minimum .
