Description
Description | The Glynn County School System desires to retain the services of a Georgia Licensed Roofing Contractor , under a Construction Management at Risk contract , in accordance with the procedures of the Georgia Department of Education , for the reroofing of Sterling Elementary School . The roofing system will be a standing seam metal system over polyisocyanurate insulation . The existing asphalt shingle roof system will be removed . New roofing system will be attached to the existing tectum roof deck or to the existing joist system . The wind uplift requirements must comply with IBC 2018 . |
