Description | The City of Lancaster , California , is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to enter into a partnership to provide an innovative , technology - enabled co - parenting application / platform as part of a Pilot Program designed to support Lancaster families experiencing separation or divorce . The City ’ s goal is to reduce court involvement , improve co - parent communication , and de - escalate high - conflict situations that negatively impact children , families , and public systems . This pilot program is intended to provide eligible families with access to tools , skills , and structured support that promote safe , constructive , and legally compliant co - parenting . The City is particularly interested in platforms that leverage artificial intelligence ( AI ) to proactively reduce conflict , support behavioral change , enhance safety , and meet the operational needs of courts , agencies , evaluators , and case workers . |
