Description

A brief summary of Work for which the Proposal is requested consists of : The completion of the 100 % design of improvements and enhancements to intersections through a portion of State Highway 52 (“ CO 52 ”) west of I - 25 , from Weld County Road 7 (“ WCR 7 ”) to Weld County Road 5 (“ WCR 5 ”); The performance of a right - of - way (“ ROW ”) analysis from I - 25 to County Line Road to determine the ROW needed for the full buildout of the roadway , in accordance with the 2021 CO 52 Planning & Environmental Linkages (“ PEL ”) Study & Access Control Plan (“ ACP ”) ( the “ PEL Study ”), and for the placement of a multi - use trail on the north side of the highway . 15 % design of a pedestrian underpass .
