Separate, sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of culvert replacement on Old Coffee Road located in Coffee County, Georgia until 10:15 AM (local time), Friday, July 31, 2026, at which time bids will be opened and read The meeting will be held at Coffee County Board of Commissioners¿ Office and will be opened to the public. Proposals can be mailed or delivered to the attention of Wesley Vickers, County Administrator for the Coffee County Board of Commissioners, 224 West Ashley Street, Suite E, Douglas, Georgia 31533. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. Coffee County Board of Commissioners may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids. The Scope of Work Includes: Culvert Replacement 9TRIPLE 6¿x6¿x34¿) All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the Coffee County Board of Commissioners in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for the Coffee County Board of Commissioners. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All work on the project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days of the notice to proceed.
