Acceptance shall be at plant site . No old or rejuvenated mix shall be accepted . Mineral aggregate shall be 100 % crushed & mineral aggregate and asphalt cement shall be mixed in the plant pugmill for a minimum of 30 seconds after the introduction of asphalt cement . |
