The study shall include analysis of the following intersections : 1 . Douglas Drive and State Route 40 Spur 2 . Westerly intersection of Palmetto Street and Douglas Drive ( evaluation ofsight distance only ) 3 . Douglas Drive and Brickhill Road 4 . Brickhill Road and Builders Drive 5 . Brickhill Road and Dandy Street 6 . Brickhill Road and Point Peter Road 7 . Dandy Street and State Route 40 8 . Point Peter Road and State Route 40 9 . Point Peter Road at North River Causeway 10 . Proposed new intersection on Point Peter Road that will serve the 990 DU residential development . These intersections are shown on the attached exhibit . 4 . Scope of Services The selected consultant shall : • Collect and analyze existing traffic data ( volumes , turning movements , accident history , etc .) This includes peak and total daily traffic volumes on all arterial , collector and local streets within the study area . Traffic counts should , as a rule , not be more than one year old when the report is prepared . Traffic counts between one and three years old may be used if factored to the current year . Traffic counts older than three years will not be accepted . • Provide a description of all transportation facilities in the study area , including roadway names , locations and functional classifications , intersection lane configurations and intersection traffic control ( including signal timing ), existing rights - of - way , and pedestrian and bicycle facilities . An existing lane configuration sketch shall be submitted for all roadways and intersections within the study area .
