To Gain Access: Please submit your DD Form 2345 to the Points of Contact listed below and concurrently request access via the "Attachments/Links" section for this solicitation on SAM.gov. Previously Granted Access: If your organization has already submitted a DD Form 2345 for this specific effort, please just request access via the "Attachments/Links" section. Proposal Submission Proposals must be submitted through the Solicitation Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. For further instructions on using PIEE, please refer to Section L, Attachment 8, and Attachment 9 of the RFP.
