Description | ● Review and comment on the owner ’ s project requirements and the Architect and Engineer ’ s basis of design documents as provided . ● Review and comment on the construction schematic design and design development documents ( plans and specifications ) at completion of design milestones ( Schematic Design , Design Development , Permit Design , Construction Documents ). ● Review and comment on all commissioning - related specification sections for inclusion in the project architect ' s final project contract documents . ● Develop and submit a commissioning process management plan . ● Schedule and conduct an initial commissioning plan review meeting . ● Review and report on all contractor - provided equipment , systems , and service submittals for systems scheduled for commissioning . ● Conduct four ( 4 ) site installation reviews with the purpose of identifying issues related to workmanship and compliance with the design intent . ● Responsible for verifying the completion of system start - up and testing routines . |
