Description | The Commissioning Provider ( CxP ) will plan , manage , perform and report on the commissioning activities , utilizing the reporting formats and standardized forms provided by the CxP whenever required . CxP will submit deliverable report ( s ) to Kent County according to a project schedule set by CxP and agreed upon by Kent County . It is extremely important that all commissioning tasks be conducted in a transparent manner and involve the building engineer and operations staff to the greatest degree possible . .. The systems to be commissioned are : 1 . Building Envelope – Thermal and Moisture Protection • Continuous Air Barrier 2 . Fire Suppression systems including but not limited to : • Stair Pressurization System 3 . Plumbing systems including but not limited to : • Domestic Hot Water Systems • Booster Systems • Sump Pump Systems • Whole - Building Energy Monitoring 4 . HVAC systems including but not limited to : • Air Distribution Systems • Terminal Units • Chilled Water Systems • Hot Water Heating Systems • Steam Heating Systems • Fire Alarm Interface • Special Ventilation Systems • Ventilation • Snowmelt • Unitary Equipment • Whole - Building Energy Monitoring 5 . Building Automation System ( BAS ) 6 . Electrical systems including but not limited to : • Power • Lighting • Whole - Building Energy Monitoring |
