Description | The City of Seguin is seeking qualified professional services from a licensed landscape architecture orcivil engineering firm to provide comprehensive design and construction administration services for thedevelopment of a new community park . The project site encompasses approximately 25 acres plannednorth of Rudeloff Road and west of the future realigned Huber Road . This $ 4M community park projectis a result of funding associated with a Public Improvement District ( PID ), Tax Increment ReinvestmentZone ( TIRZ ), and a Chapter 380 Development Agreement related to the nearby Walnut SpringsSubdivision . Some project funding is also coming from the City of Seguin . The approved fundingincludes , but is not limited to , the costs for project design from a landscape architect or civil engineeringfirm , site planning , surveying , geotechnical report , bidding , construction , construction administration , testing , inspections , etc .
