Services shall be required at COMNAVSURFPAC , 2841Rendova Road , Bldg . 11 , San Diego , CA 92155 and Commander , Naval Surface Forces , Atlantic Fleet ( COMNAVSURFLANT ), Comptroller , N0F1 , Bldg . D - 29 , 1751 , Morris St , Norfolk , VA 23511 . The primary North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS ) code for this procurement ( in accordance with Seaport - E rolling admissions ) is 541330 with a size standard of $ 38 . 5 . The contract term will be a base period with a potential of four one - year option periods . The anticipated award date is 01 March 2026 . It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal ( RFP ) will be posted in February 2026 . The resulting Task Order is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price .
