E Must be enrolled in contractor liability insurance F Must assign personnel with the following qualifications and experience : General Operations Manager : Must have at least one year of experience as a general operations manager or operations manager in building and facility maintenance services at acute care hospitals with 30 or more beds, or at research institutes such as RI facilities or animal experimentation facilities.
