T . to have control and protect the information of the user . The idea is to have access to the computer via reader card ( HID – Seos IP or 0009P ) with a proximally 150 computers . A . The solution will allow users to use their card / pin or password to login to their computer . If they are moving to a different computer , they can login to their documents and email . B . The solution should be On - Prem C . Cloud will be optional . Locations : The location for this implementation will be the three courthouse A . Historical Courthouse – Main B . Criminal Courthouse – Wake C . Winterhaven Court CONTRACTOR ’ S RESPONSIBILITY : A . They need to provide Installation , Equipment and Training to I . T . Personal B . Contract will be from 2 or 3 years , that will include : ( 1 ) Support / Services ( 2 ) Warranty on equipment / Devices ( 3 ) Licenses of the product ( 4 ) Training Session |
