The information received will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition method , including whether a small business set - aside is appropriate . The U . S . Office of Personnel Management ( OPM ) is seeking qualified contractors to provide both preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on computer room air conditioning ( CRAC ) and heating , ventilation , and air conditioning ( HVAC ) services for the OPM Macon office . Specifically , OPM is interested in sources that can provide services on all the equipment shown in the inventory table above . The anticipated contract will include preventive maintenance , emergency repairs , and parts replacement when required . Performance PeriodAnticipated base period of one ( 1 ) year with four ( 4 ) one - year option periods .
