(B) The system should also include a high-quality file server with large amount of disks. (C) One or more servers should be a parallel computer with shared memory architecture and possess higher speed for performing large-scale genomic, genetic, protein, and single-cell information analysis. (D) One or more servers should be a parallel computer with distributed memory architecture and possess higher speed for performing large-scale sequence similarity search. (E) The servers denoted in (C) and (D) should be operated under Linux or UNIX like O and have software development tools and a batch job scheduler. (F) The latest versions of software for genomics, genetics, protein, and single-cell analysis running in the current system should be installed. (G) Every computer in the system should be connected via high-speed computer network and connected to the internet through Osaka Daigaku Integrated Network System (ODINS). (H) The system should enable remote users to use it securely from the internet. (I) A supplier should have a quick support system for troubles of both hardware and software.
