Description | The Vendor selected should offer their Concession Alcohol Beverage Services at an affordable cost and include any additional incentives that may include , but are not limited to : 1 . Reusable “ Buckets ” with logo for beer bucket sales . 2 . Merchandising boards , pricing menu boards , and other promotional displays or items ( such as t - shirts , water bottles , towels , etc .) 3 . Radio advertising ( minimum of 15 second tags ) 4 . Sports equipment / advertising 5 . Special promotions and donations of monies ( annually ), product ( aluminum bottles ) and services ( taste testing booths at special events ) 6 . Recycling / trash barrels 7 . Banner support and / or clocks 8 . Beverage dispensing equipment necessary to dispense products at the city locations . 9 . Beverage refrigeration equipment necessary to keep products at the city locations cool . 10 . Rebates payable to the City of O ’ Fallon for “ X ” amount of bottled beverage purchased / sold by case . |
