NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN : The New York Racing Association , Inc . (“ NYRA ”) is soliciting quotations for the removal of concrete material and debris at Belmont Park Racetrack , 2150 Hempstead Turnpike , Elmont , NY 11003 , and Aqueduct Racetrack , 110 - 00 Rockaway Boulevard , Ozone Park , NY 11417 . The term of any agreement entered as a result of this RFQ shall be for a period of two ( 2 ) years from the date of execution of such agreement with NYRA having the sole discretion to renew for two additional periods of one ( 1 ) year . Proposals will be received by theSenior Director of Procurementat 110 - 00 Rockaway Blvd , Suite 1 , Ozone Park , NY 11417 , no later than 5 PM , prevailing time , on March 19 , 2026 .
