Description | Napa County Department of Public Works ( County ) is seeking technical proposals for Preliminary Engineering , Environmental , Right of Way , PS & E Design and Construction Support Services for the preparation , execution , and completion of work outlined in this Request for Proposal ( RFQ ). The selected Consultant will provide these services to assist the County with the replacement of the Conn Valley Road over Conn Creek Bridge Replacement Project ( Project ) 21C0077 - BRLO - 5921 ( 094 ) through the construction phase . The County anticipates the start of construction will be Spring of 2028 . |
