License provides access to downloadable deeds where available . ** Price is annually 1 / 16 / 2026 - 1 / 15 / 2027 Smart Parcesl Alabama License Part # SP - AL only License provides access to tax parcel data from all 67 counties in Alabama . Parcel data , including tax assessment attribute data tables may be downloaded and manipulated in user ' s own geographic information system . County data must be regularly updated at a frequency of app every 5 years . Must provide data in format compatible with ESRI ArcGIS software . ** Price is annually 1 / 16 / 2026 - 1 / 15 / 2027 |
