The proposed work includes the following :• Three ( 3 ) Above Ground Storage Tanks , ASTs storing aviation fuels with a concrete padand tank foundations • Concrete apron for aircraft access to self - fuel • Three ( 3 ) prefabricated fuel pump and filter transfer systems ( skids or cabinets ) designed for self - service fueling , bulk transfer of aviation fuels to offload fuel supply vehicles into storage , fill aircraft refueler vehicles , and recirculation • Turf grading to provide appropriate drainage • Installation of secondary containment of the fuel transfer area . This includes a drainageinlet structure connected to a manhole structure equipped with an oil - stop valve prior todischarge to the storm water system • Electrical power and controls , level and leak monitoring , site lighting , and emergencyfuel shutoff systems • Security Cameras and related infrastructure • Aggregate Maintenance pad around fuel tank concrete slab and foundations • Remove and relocate existing taxiway directional sign • Removal of existing taxiway edge lights • Adjustment of existing electrical utilities where necessary • High mast lighting • Point of Sale equipment • Equipment protection such as guiderail and / or bollards • Signage
