Description | The Town of Wolcott is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to be considered for its pre - qualified list for various construction , repair , and maintenance projects for five Town buildings . The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit statements of qualifications from interested companies and individuals to establish a pool of trusted contractors who can be called upon for future work on an as - needed basis . Projects are varied and may range from exterior and interior maintenance including carpentry , roofing , fire alarm installation / maintenance , leaks , clogs , and general fix - it issues associated with building maintenance . The Town will serve as the general contractor for all maintenance . Contractors from this list will be considered for all projects where labor costs are estimated to fall under $ 10 , 000 . Projects anticipated to exceed this value will require the Town to follow the formal RFP process . |
