The North Central New Mexico Economic Development District ( NCNMEDD ) is seeking 1 ) one or more state - approved apprenticeship programs to operate a construction - related apprenticeship program in the North Central region for the Workforce Integrated Network ( WIN ). The scope of services include : • Train apprentices is the general construction trades , providing a journey - worker certificate upon completion • Provide in - person and / or hybrid instruction for the apprentices ’ related technical instruction • Onboard employers as members of the organization • Onboard apprentices with an orientation • Track progress of apprentices in skill competencies and related instruction throughout length of apprenticeship • Employ instructors to provide adequate related technical instruction as stated in state - approved apprenticeship standards • Provide support to apprentices and instructors as needed throughout the length of the apprenticeship • Securely collect and provide quarterly data on apprentices for the Workforce Integration Network grant as needed , to include , but not limited to : name . date of birth , address , start date , employer , hourly wage • Travel to North Central region as needed to provide service to apprentices and employers
