The University of Manchester is providing advance notice of its intention to procure a Construction Consultancy Services Framework to support the delivery of its estates, infrastructure, and capital projects.The Framework will be structured across multiple Lots, including:• Lot 5: Building Surveying Services / Building Surveying and Project Management Services• Lot 6: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services• Lot 7: Structural and Civil Engineering Services• Lot 8: Project Health and Safety / CDM Advisor ServicesThe Framework is intended to provide access to appropriately qualified consultants across a range of disciplines, enabling the University to procure services for projects of varying scale, value, and complexity.
