• Review the available building drawings and site inventory for material that should be on site and available for construction in the community of Allakaket • Conduct a site visit to take inventory of available material already on site in the community and create a firm cost estimate for work to be completed . General Scope of the services will include but may be expanded from the below list : o Fully Construct qty 2 - three - bedroom 26 ’ x40 ’ homes on pads that will be built during spring / summer of 2026 under . NOTE - Depending on final cost estimates and available material we may only request full construction of one home and framing / drying in of the second home o Complete the exterior siding , window and door installation and exterior steps for a 3rd home that is partially constructed and roofed ( photos attached ). o Meet all project needs for inspection and open house . • The tribe intends to sponsor the pre - selected contractor on an initial trip to the community based on the response to this RFP . That trip is expected to take place before May 8th 2026 . Based on that trip - the contract is expected to develop a full cost estimate for the work and enter into a contract with Allakaket tribe for work in the community during the summer of 2026 .
