Inland Revenue currently leases two sites in Te Rapa, Hamilton, accommodating between 800 - 850 staff. There is an opportunity to consolidate the office accommodation at Te Rapa to optimise IR's property footprint, and it is IR's intention to move all its staff into one site at 21 Home Straight.We are looking for a suitably experienced construction main contractor to carry out fit out works at our expanded site at Home Straight.
