Construction Management Services for State and Federally Funded Projects

The Town of Mead is requesting proposals from qualified full service civil engineering and / or construction management consultants to provide all disciplines of project and construction management , construction inspection , and project support services for capital improvement projects with local , state and / or federal funding . The SH 66 Pedestrian Underpass project is a federal aid public infrastructure project in need of construction management services which are the basis of this Request for Proposals ( RFP ). The design is finalized and right - of - way acquisition is complete . The project is expected to go to ad in Q3 2026 , pending final CDOT clearances . The successful firm will address all the tasks , issues , and requested information in their proposal , possess the requisite skills , experience , and manpower necessary to produce high quality deliverables on time and on budget , and be motivated to work with Town staff , other funding partners ’ staff , and citizens to accomplish the project goals . In general , the Consultant shall act as an extension of Town staff and will be responsible for managing every aspect of the project . Compliance with Colorado Department of Transportation ( CDOT ) and Federal Highway Administration ( FHWA ) rules and regulations is critical to ensure the Town receives full reimbursement of grant funds .
