Description | Tasks the contract may include but is not limited to : • Provide Construction Inspector to assist City Staff with Daily Field Inspections . • Perform contract administration procedures related to RFI ’ s , Change Orders , Progress Pay Estimates , Material Submittals , and Schedule Review . • Comply with WSDOT specifications and City of Mountlake Terrace amendments to WSDOT specifications . • Monitor and track certified payroll and perform employee wage interviews . • Coordinate schedules and working days with contractors . • Take pre - construction , construction , and post - construction pictures and videos . • Coordinate public notification and construction activities with residents and businesses . • Coordinate with Project Manager to provide required documentation for all project stages . • Assist with punch list and final inspection . |
