The eleven - story building contains 215 residential apartments ( 52 studio , 144 on - bedroom and 19 two - bedroom units ). The original “ main ” building was constructed in 1965 with the two building wing additions , east and west , constructed in 1971 . The renovation will include site improvements , environmental abatement ( exterior and interior locations ), exterior building envelope repairs , unit door and window replacement , unit interior renovations , including ADA unit upgrades , property management office renovations , fire alarm , fire protection , mechanical , electrical and plumbing upgrades . |
