Construction Manager as Constructor ( CMc )

The selected contractor shall provide construction services for a new Public Safety Building that will house a combined Police Station and Fire Station , along with a multi - purpose room intended for community use such as public meetings , voting , and other civic functions . The facility will follow design plans provided by hired architect William A . Kibbe & Associates . The scope includes site preparation , utilities , secure parking , apparatus bays , detention and interview areas , administrative offices , locker rooms , and community engagement spaces . The contractor will be responsible for all structural , mechanical , electrical , and civil engineering services , as well as project management through final occupancy . SCOPE OF SERVICES Services are to be as outlined in the AIA A133 - 2019 and USDA RD attachment documents . The CMc , along with Owner , Owner ’ s Representative , and Architect will be a critical member of the project team . It is expected that the CMc provide input on constructability , quality of materials , schedule and cost prior to the completion of the design documents . The successful CMc will be responsible to drive the project quality , cost , and schedule to meet Owner needs .
