Initial award will be for the Washoe County Detention Center project , followed by the Jan Evans Juvenile Services Center project . Project Scope The project consists of the replacement and upgrade of the electronic security control systems serving the Washoe County Detention Center . The work is Project Scope This project is separate and distinct from the Parr Detention Center project but is delivered concurrently under this CMAR solicitation . structured in two phases : ( 1 ) Off - Site Fabrication and ( 2 ) On - Site Construction |
