The City is seeking to procure a qualified and experienced CMAR firm to provide full pre - construction services and , if needed , construction / construction management , otherwise identified as CMAR services , for Fire Station No . 10 - D1 . The firm chosen must demonstrate extensive experience in constructing facilities and proficiency under the design - build and / or construction manager at risk models . This Project involves various design and construction activities and requires the CMAR team to provide a wide range of services from pre - construction that include design / engineering and permit approvals , to construction / construction management and close - out services .
