Description | This project will be for pre-construction and construction services for a new Air Traffic Control Tower (“ATCT”) at the Boulder City Municipal Airport (owned and operated by the City of Boulder City). The project shall be performed under two contracts, one for Pre-Construction Services and one for Construction Services. The ATCT structure will be approximately 126 feet above ground level (AGL) to the top of the tower with a cab floor height of approximately 93 feet AGL. The ATCT will consist of 9 levels, and the tower control cab will be approximately 500 square feet and will provide four air traffic controller workstations as shown on the project plans. |
